Our consulting activities involve advising public and private companies on the interpretation, application and implementation of U.S. GAAP and International Accounting Standards (IFRS). Recent engagements have involved consultations with software and technology companies on the implementation of EITF 08-1 and EITF 09-3 and accounting by software as a service (SaaS) companies. Other engagements have involved, SFAS 141R, securitization, derivatives and various other complex financial reporting issues.
