companies and at non-software companies where
software is fast becoming essential to the functionality of

for understanding the complexities of software revenue
recognition.
OBJECTIVES AND PREREQUISITES
This program will provide a comprehensive review of the
software revenue reporting literature including an in-depth
analysis of the accounting and disclosure practices of a
diverse set of companies (more than 30 publicly traded
companies) selected primarily from the software and high
technology industries. A general understanding of software
revenue reporting requirements and two to three years of
experience will help participants reap significant benefits
from this program.

Registration Information
Registration begins ½ hour before the starting time on the first day. Day one hours are 8:30-5:15. Dress is business casual.
Fees, Substitutions and Cancellations
The registration fee (or applicable discounted rate) is payable in advance. You will receive confirmation of your registration after we have processed your payment. At the program you will receive a comprehensive course manual, refreshment breaks and lunches. Registrants who notify A. C. Sondhi of their intent to cancel at least 14 days prior to the first day of the program may receive either a refund of the fee less an administration charge of up to $200 (depending on seminar fee). Registrants who notify A.C. Sondhi within 14 days of the first day of a program will receive full credit toward a future Executive Education program. This credit is good for up to one year from the date of the program to which the cancellation applies. Registrants who fail to notify A.C. Sondhi of their intent to cancel within 3 business days prior to the first day of the program will be assessed the full program fee. Substitutions can be made at any time without charge. If a course is canceled for any reason beyond our control, it will be rescheduled and the "Refunds" policy will be activated for the new date and/or location.
