WHO SHOULD ATTEND, OBJECTIVES AND PREREQUISITES
This program has been primarily designed for financial reporting professionals who will be responsible for implementing
the new standard. New and seasoned practitioners, preparers, and users of financial statements will
benefit from this seminar. My objective is to present an interactive and comprehensive seminar that addresses the
implementation, internal control & documentation, reporting to senior management and the Board of Directors, and
transition challenges posed by EITF 08-1. It will help to have a good understanding of EITF 00-21 and one to two
years of experience in financial reporting.

Registration Information
Registration begins ½ hour before the starting time on the first day. Day one hours are 8:30-5:15. Dress is business casual.
Fees, Substitutions and Cancellations
The registration fee (or applicable discounted rate) is payable in advance. You will receive confirmation of your registration after we have processed your payment. At the program you will receive a comprehensive course manual, refreshment breaks and lunches. Registrants who notify A. C. Sondhi of their intent to cancel at least 14 days prior to the first day of the program may receive either a refund of the fee less an administration charge of up to $200 (depending on seminar fee). Registrants who notify A.C. Sondhi within 14 days of the first day of a program will receive full credit toward a future Executive Education program. This credit is good for up to one year from the date of the program to which the cancellation applies. Registrants who fail to notify A.C. Sondhi of their intent to cancel within 3 business days prior to the first day of the program will be assessed the full program fee. Substitutions can be made at any time without charge. If a course is canceled for any reason beyond our control, it will be rescheduled and the "Refunds" policy will be activated for the new date and/or location.
